About Real Weld MD
Welcome to Real Weld MD, a youth soccer initiative serving every community across Weld County, Colorado.
We believe soccer is more than a game—it’s a way to build confidence, connection, and community. Over the years, Real Weld Youth Soccer has become a catalyst for change in our communities—on and off the field. We’ve made it our mission to create access, opportunity, and belonging through soccer by:
Sponsoring youth leagues so every child can play, regardless of financial status
Hosting free and low-cost soccer camps and clinics across Weld County
Creating in-school and after-school programs that use soccer to inspire leadership, teamwork, and growth
Partnering with local recreational centers to help develop and improve soccer fields and safe play spaces
Each initiative is built with community voices and youth development at the heart of it. Because when kids play, communities thrive.
